About Me
I am Director of the Golub Capital Social Impact Lab at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. As an experimental and behavioral economist, I use a combination of field, lab, and survey experiment methods to learn about mechanisms driving behavior in settings with high external-validity. I also use machine learning to explore heterogeneous treatment effects and personalized treatment assignment policies. My research covers topics related to gender gaps, technology/innovation, misinformation, and charitable giving.
I am an avid traveler (some favorite photos from my travels are below).
